Travel Guidelines as of January 8, 2023
Requirements from All Incoming Guest Tourist:
All guests are required to drop by the Municipal Tourism Reception office along Laiya Highway before going straight to the resort. Please see google link for location guidance: https://goo.gl/maps/G9huFUGUcbYK1pWm6
All Guests are required to present a printed or E-copy Booking Confirmation from the resort.
Pay the Ecological Fee of Php20.00 per head and claim the Resort Referral Slip to be presented to the resort prior to check-in. NO Referral Slip – No Check-in.
RESORT HOUSE RULES
Kids ages 8 years old and up are already counted as 1 regular person and must already be included in the total regular headcount.
Kids ages 7 years old and below can be accommodated as FREE excess person in the room.
For security reasons only those who are officially registered guests will be allowed inside the resort. Outside visitors of the guest who are not officially checked-in inside the resort will not be allowed to enter. Other excess members who are staying in other resorts will not be allowed entry.
STARTING FEBRUARY 1, 2023 – Overnight Accommodation – NEW STANDARD CHECK-IN TIME = 2:00PM / NEW STANDARD CHECKOUT TIME = 12:00PM
The resort cannot guarantee the availability of its rooms, cottages and facilities to guests who will arrive earlier than its Standard Check-in time.
Day Tour Accommodation – Available daily, 7 days a week. STANDARD CHECK-IN TIME: 8:00AM / STANDARD CHECKOUT TIME: 5:00PM
All guests are advised to use the resort’s facilities with utmost care. Any guest who would cause damage (soiled or damaged linens, LOST or broken items, etc.) to any of its property shall be charged accordingly.
We still DON’T HAVE A RESTAURANT inside the resort. Guests are allowed to bring in outside food and beverages with a minimal corkage fees.
The resort has its own concessionaire for MEAL PACKAGE. We can offer packed full-board meals covering Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast served in party trays. Buffet service is not yet available. Guests who are interested in availing must inform the resorts reservations office a day before their specific target check-in date. Due to the resort’s limited facilities, any additional changes or amendments to the requested full board package that is received within the said day period prior to check-in can NO LONGER be accepted.
For safety reasons, outside catering service suppliers are still NOT ALLOWED to cook or set up buffet service (including tables and chairs) inside the resort. All packed food ordered outside the resort can only be delivered within its front desk or reception area, to be received by the guest properly.
Pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED inside the resort. Our facilities are still not capable of handling pets.
Pitching of tent for excess members is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
Firearms and deadly weapons or any illegal substances are strictly NOT ALLOWED inside the resort.
Extra electrical appliances brought inside the resort is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. This includes bringing a rice cooker, electric kettle, electric grilles, electric stove and the like.
Playing good music in the resort is allowed, as long as the volume is manageable, and it does not disturb other guests who prefer to stay in the resort quietly. Use of big speakers with subwoofer or big Bluetooth party boxes is not allowed. For karaoke lovers, on a first come first serve basis a videoke machine can be rented and used in the beach front area of the resort only. Use of portable karaoke speakers in overnight cottages is strictly not allowed. As per mandated by a local ordinance of the Barangay, all sound systems should be turned off by 10:00PM.
Night swimming on the beach is prohibited. Swimming on the beach is allowed between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM only. Observe and follow beach signs.
Swimming Pool – available 8:00am to 10:00pm daily.
Proper swimming attire is STRICTLY required inside the swimming pool.
ALLOWED: Bathing suit, Swimming trunks, Board Shorts or cycling shorts, rash guard.
NOT ALLOWED: Cotton garments such as T-shirts or Tank tops, Basketball jersey and shorts, Jeans and cut-off denims.
Guests are highly advised to properly secure their own belongings, valuables, and vehicles inside the resort. The Seashore Beach Club, Inc Resort shall not be held responsible and liable for any loss or damage to guest property inside the resort.
The resort is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse services to unreasonable individuals or groups. Acts of violence, disturbance and harassment to other guests and resort employees will not be tolerated. In such cases the Resort Management has the right to require rude guest/s to vacate the resort without any refund.
For emergency cases and any concern, please immediately inform any of the Resorts Staff, Security, and Management for immediate assistance.
Always keep your room key. Lost or misplaced key fee is Php1, 000.00.
PAYMENT POLICY
Direct Online Reservation thru website – Full payment is required via credit or debit card payment. Transaction is processed via Maya Online Payment - (non-refundable if cancelled).
NO CONFIRMATION OF RECEIVED PAYMENT - NO RESERVATION

The Seashore Beach Club, Inc Resort cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms and cottages without any deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date is no longer accepted and no refund will be given.
Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
Request to downgrade accommodation type is NOT ALLOWED.
In case of unforeseen events such as resumption IATF Quarantine Lockdown (applicable for new reservations received April 5, 2021 onwards), bad weather, typhoon, earthquake or any unfortunate events CAUSED BY NATURE – Refund is NOT ALLOWED. 1 time RE-BOOKING of reservation is allowed if there is an OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT from the LGU or DOT that due to said unexpected calamity, the resort needs to temporarily close its operation. The new desired check-in date is subject to the availability of the resort’s accommodation facilities.
REBOOKING POLICY
Due to reason that the guest was confirmed COVID-19 Positive – Re-schedule will be given provided that the guest will be able to submit a copy of the COVID-19 test result from a DOH Accredited Testing Center as proof of diagnosis.
Due to ANY OTHER REASONS that is received EARLIER THAN 7 days before the supposed scheduled check-in date – New booking schedule will be given provided that the guest will be able to submit a copy of a re-scheduled date via email.
